Swedish Massage

This classic, gentle massage is great for circulation, relieving anxiety and pain management. It is most commonly used for relaxation and improving overall well-being, which creates the perfect environment for self-healing.

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage is recommended for very active individuals. Its focus is to relieve tension and works on the deeper layers of the muscle tissue which requires firm pressure. It can improve your posture, flexibility & mobility.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

This promotes detoxification and disposal of metabolic waste. With proper lymphatic flow, this helps protect your body against disease and infection.

AromaTherapy Massage

This massage combines the art of aromatherapy and Swedish massage  techniques, applying essential oils to various areas of the body. This provides a revolutionary means of bringing balance and harmony to the body – physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Cupping Massage Therapy

cupping massage therapy

Cupping massage therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine, which helps detoxify the body, reduce pain and inflammation, promote relaxation, boost skin health, help treat respiratory issues and colds, and improve digestion. It can also serve as a type of deep-tissue massage that uses negative pressure.

Suction cups rapidly facilitate rigid soft tissue release, loosens and lifts connective tissue (fascia), breaks up and drains stagnation while increasing blood & lymph flow to skin and muscles in ways not possible using compression. Five minutes of cupping massage is equal to 30 minutes of deep-tissue.

Cupping Massage Therapy includes static cupping along with cupping massage, as explained below.

Static Cupping

Static cupping addresses localized pain and stagnation in specific areas. It promotes optimal “Qi” by drawing energy and blood flow to areas of the body that are experiencing inflammation, prone to low lymphatic circulation or experiencing poor blood flow.

Static Cupping involves leaving the cups on specific areas of the body for 5-10 minutes at a time. It is used to relieve muscle and joint pain, inflammation, neck and shoulder tension, stress, increase circulation and metabolism.

Light Swedish massage is incorporated to warm up your body tissues prior to cupping and then again afterward.

Cupping Massage

By incorporating cupping with Swedish massage by gliding the suction cups over your body, it stretches weak, tight or atrophied muscles, reduces post-surgery adhesions and reduces spasms and cramping.

Since it loosens skin from connective tissue or fascia, cupping massage visibly improves cellulite, stretch marks, scars, spider veins, as it firms and tones skin.

Cupping Massage is known to help improve circulation, reduce inflammation, release toxins (lymphatic drainage and detoxification), lower blood pressure, relax muscles, relieve joint pain, fibromyalgia, regulate hormones, release endorphins, promote healing and improve sleep.
